Allen Davis is directly responsible for the management and development of a diverse portfolio of business interests primarily in broadband services, real estate, and banking sectors. Since forming his first company in 1982, Allen has provided various business development related support services associated with organizing and pursuing new business ventures and opportunities resulting in the capitalization of over $1 billion in new infrastructure.

Allen also provides support services associated with project financing, operations management, project development, acquisition, strategic planning, feasibility and business plan development to various entities and new start-ups. Allen supports the development and operation of business opportunities in which he maintains an ownership interest along with supporting telecommunications companies, new start-ups, electric utility companies, and municipalities, providing cable television services, high-speed data and Internet access, and telecommunications services.

Over the past 30 years, Allen Davis and affiliated companies have provided support services to hundreds of entities in the construction and/or development of broadband systems and broadband services provisioning opportunities.
